Cancellation & refunds

Cancel whenever you like

There is no contract term and no cancellation fee. Open your account's billing page and cancel; your world keeps running until the end of the month you have already paid for, and is then stopped and deleted.

Nothing is charged after you cancel. You do not need to email anyone, and we will not ask you why.

14 days on your first subscription

If Wyrm Host is not what you wanted, ask within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full — no reason required. One per customer, so it cannot be used to host for free month after month.

If we do not deliver, you get your money back

A new world is normally ready usually within a couple of hours. If a world you have paid for is not online within 24 hours, ask and we will refund the payment in full, whether or not the 14 days have passed.

The same applies to any month where our own failure — not a game update, and not your own configuration — left your world unusable for most of the month. Tell us what happened and we will refund that month.

What we do not refund

Outside the cases above we do not refund part-used months: cancelling mid-month keeps your world running to the end of the period rather than refunding the remainder.

We also do not refund a world we suspended for a serious breach of acceptable use, or months you simply did not get round to playing. If a game update breaks the server build, we will work to get you onto a working one; that is not treated as our failure to deliver, but if it leaves you stuck for most of a month, talk to us.

How to ask

Email crew@wyrmhost.io from your account's email address, or ask in our Discord, and say which world it is about. We answer within two working days and, once agreed, refunds go back to your original payment method — usually within five to ten working days, depending on your bank.

You keep any statutory cancellation or refund right your own country gives you; this policy is in addition to those, never instead of them.
